Meet Shelby Calvert Williamson, Operations Director, and Licensed Real Estate Agent at the helm of Walker Residential Group. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, Shelby previously managed a large team at an international brokerage, joining Adam and the team in 2021. Before embarking on her real estate journey, she dedicated over 8 years to leading operations and marketing for a prominent multi-million dollar fashion corporation, showcasing her proficiency in operational efficiencies and organic scalability that seamlessly transitioned into the dynamic realm of real estate.

 

In her previous roles and as the Operations Director for Walker Residential Group, Shelby is deeply committed to giving back to her community, supporting various non-profits including SAFE, Austin Pets Alive, Texas Chihuahua Rescue, Ubuntu, and Habitat for Humanity. Passionate about mentorship, she extends her expertise to newer real estate agents and small businesses through coaching and consulting.

 

Born into a military family, Shelby experienced various cities across the world before settling in the vibrant city of Austin 6 years ago with her husband, a North Austin native. This move not only marked a new chapter in her personal life but also forged a profound connection with the community that would come to define her career.

 

During her free time, Shelby cherishes moments with her husband and newborn daughter. Exploring the close-knit community of Travis Heights through leisurely walks, she lives just a stone’s throw away from her friends and colleagues, Adam and Candace Walker. Her restored 1922 home is a testament to her passion for preserving the past, where she finds joy in gardening and antiquing for unique curios. Beyond her neighborhood, Shelby enjoys traveling, skiing, and attending local sporting events with family and friends.
